Back house of 2-family home perfectly located just 1.5 blocks from the beach on a beach access street and a quick walk to the bay to watch the stunning sunset. The excitement of the boardwalk is just 5 minute walk away but you get to escape to the quiet of your own home by the beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home was recently renovated and fully equipped with central air, washer/dryer, propane grill, and backyard oasis to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner with the family. 1 King size bed in an upstairs loft with a private ensuite bathroom, one room with a Queen size bed and a children's room with a full size trundle bed and another twin (1 full and 2 twin beds) for your comfort. Family friendly and feel free to bring your pup :). Beach badges and one designated parking space included and ample street parking. Linens are not provided and pet fee applies. Maximum 8 adults, absolutely no parties.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
